We need donations for the following items for the spring concert to be a complete success.

 Baked goods (cookies, brownies, cakes, rice crispy treats, etc)

please make sure these are in individually wrapped bags or packages so they are easier to distribute.

 

Sodas (we still have plenty of diet drinks)

Dr. Pepper, Coke, Sprite, etc.

We also are in need of small bags of chips. (Individual serving sizes)

May is going to be a busy month for the students as we wrap up the school year.

Please mark your calendars for the spring concert and silent auction on May 16th. Chick-Fil-A will also be at the concert to sell sandwiches and there is a bake sale going on as well.  This is a great event to bring your family and friends to enjoy an evening of terrific entertainment and support all the bands.

The jazz band will begin around 6:30pm.

 

 

May 17th the band banquet will be held at the

Marriott Hotel Northwest - 3233 NW Loop 410

(at the corner of I-10 & 410)

Senior Photos are at 5:30pm

Dinner will be served at 6:45pm

Dance and the DJ to follow dinner.

Semi-formal attire proper attire is required

(no jeans)

*Ticket are $45.00 and go on sale May  5th. Mrs. Timms will be in the band hall to sell tickets at 8:00am and 4:00pm. Tickets will also be on sale at the booster meeting on May 13th, 2008.
