FUNDRAISING

Fundraising is an important part of any organization. Fundraising helps to build community awareness of our organization as well as brining in additional funds for expenses such as competitions, travel, instruments, uniforms and meals to list a few expenses.

This year we will be adding a few new fundraisers while keeping some of our old and trusted ones.

SCRIP Merchant Cards

The next Scrip Cards order due date has been changed from April 7 to April 1.

The Scrip Card Center will be closed from April 7-11.

Put on your calendars the next Scrip Card order due date is April 1.

 

This is a new fundraiser for the Ram Band this year.

Each merchant offers a different percentage that will go to the student's fundraising account.

All the information can be downloaded to your computer and printed out for use.

Avon

Avon sales have resumed after the holiday break.

Zelda has placed current books in the band box;

please help yourself to a few books and an Avon Money Collection envelope.

Orders for Campaign #3 need to be in the band box by January 24.

When placing your orders please follow the following instructions: 

 

●     Please place your Avon orders in the locked wooden box (located in the band hall).

●     Please have your orders (along with payment) in the box one day prior to the effective due date. *see back of catalog for due date

●     Your orders will take approximately one week to come in; I’ll deliver your merchandise on Tuesdays at 6:00 P.M. in the Band Hall. If this isn’t a convenient time for you please call me to make arrangements for pickup.

Running November 9th - 26th!

40% of sales goes to the student's fundraising account.

Cookie dough order forms are due no later than November 26th.

Please turn in your money in the brown box in the band hall.

All checks should be made payable to JMHS Band Boosters.

Cookie dough will arrive before Christmas
